GREAT PROFESSION AND CHALLENGE


Being Human Taleno manager is challenging because it involves the essential part of any company that is the human resource, time to face the challenge of being a technologist management of human talent fills me with great expectations and having goals to accomplish clear knowledge that now takes into account the human talent as a special address on strengthening competitive labor groups





This type of competition makes companies generate more profit and therefore considers the human talent in organizations as the most important asset, so aterior is not easy to be responsible for the proper functioning of human resources and the need to continue steps correctly to perform all functions that this profession requires.





This is the biggest challenge in which I see as I wrapped Management Competency involves going to turn into a continuous channel of communication between labor and management; now when the company begins to engage the needs and desires of their workers in order to help them, support them and offer personal development can enrich the personality of each worker.
